Royal Icing Florals Masterclass

In this online class you will learn how to create all of the beautiful Royal Icing Florals shown in the photos. Recipes, tips and tricks, written guides and detailed tutorial videos included.  The videos are all pre-recorded, all florals demos are done in real time (meaning not sped up) with voiceover instructions. I review icing consistency in detail, which is a key factor in successfully piping royal icing florals.  There are no colour formulas included in the class, but I do include a written section on how to create two toned florals, but there are no colour formulas included in the class.  This is not a cookie decorating class, there are no cookie cutters to purchase and no cookie decorating tutorials or cookie recipes.  I do however demonstrate transfer application and bouquet building which can be applied to any cookie design.  As a little bonus, I have included the print files for a bouquet as well as a floral cluster which are the same ones I used in the class.   Your access to the class will never expire so you can work at your own pace and complete whenever is convenient. This class is packed full of fun techniques.    This course is geared towards decorators of all skill levels and can be completed in steps.  I do start with very beginner friendly florals and work up to the more advanced techniques, so if you have never made florals before, you can still work away at this class.  Anyone can have success with this class, but I suggest for true beginners, that you go in with realistic expectations with the understanding that piping florals do take practice just like any other form of art.
